Loving-kindness meditation, also known as “metta” meditation, is a great way to cultivate kindness for ourselves, our loved ones, community and the world at large.
In this meditation practice, I guided you through sending goodwill, kindness and warmth thento yourself and others then moves into by silently repeating a series of phrases.
this meditation finished with a chant Lokah Samasta Sukino Bhavantu which means:
may all being well content and free.
