This Yin Yoga practice invites you to slow down, settle in, and give your body the gift of stillness.
In this practice, we’ll sink into floor-based shapes, supported by props, and rest there for three to five minutes at a time.
These quiet moments allow the body to gently release tension, create more space, and soften into a deep sense of ease.
As we linger in each pose, we also train the mind to stay present with what is building inner steadiness and resilience that carries into daily life.

1 Yoga Strap
Either 1 Yoga Bolster and 1 Blanket OR 2 Blankets and a small cushion
