By combining therapeutic movement, mindful release, and subtle energy work, this practice offers a well-rounded approach to back care and overall vitality.

  • 2 Yoga bricks
  • A Yoga bolster or 2 firm blankets
  • A Yoga strap
  • A wooden dowel or wooden spoon
  • 2 Yoga Tune Up Balls
