90 min Therapeutic Yoga to Soothe Back, Neck, Shoulders, and Hips

This full length class is created to care for your back, neck, shoulders, and hips. The places where tension and tightness so often collect.

Through Mindful movements and supportive postures, you’ll be guided to release stress, restore ease, and reconnect with a sense of comfort in your body.

The practice also helps to improve circulation, ease stiffness, and support healthier posture, leaving you feeling more open and relaxed.

Equipment needed:

  • 2 yoga bricks
  • 1 yoga strap or a bathrobe tie
  • 1 yoga bolster or 2 folded blankets
  • 1 blanket
  • Yoga tune up balls

This session is beginner friendly and offers a safe, nurturing space for you to unwind, move with awareness, and tend to the areas that need the most care. Take this time just for yourself and allow your body the chance to feel supported, cared for, and renewed.
