Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and soften into long-held, floor-based postures supported by props.

Each shape is held for three to five minutes, allowing the body’s connective tissues to release while gently cultivating a profound sense of inner spaciousness.

Through this stillness and sustained sensation, we nurture present-moment awareness and build mental resilience from the inside out.

Equipment Needed:

  • 2 Yoga Bricks
  • 1 Yoga Strap
  • Either a Yoga Bolster and Blanket or 2 Blankets and a Small Cushion
