Prepare your body and mind for deep, restorative sleep with this soothing Yin Yoga sequence followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This session is designed to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and gently guide you into profound relaxation.
We'll begin with a series of long-held, floor-based Yin Yoga poses to soften connective tissue and quiet the busy mind. No prior experience is needed—just a quiet space, a few props or pillows, and a willingness to slow down.
The practice concludes with a nourishing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to help you drift effortlessly into rest. Whether you're struggling with sleep or simply need a nervous system reset, this practice is a perfect way to unwind at the end of your day.
