90 min Yin Yoga practice

In this Yin Yoga practice, we’ll tend to the areas that often hold the most tension—your neck, shoulders, back, and hips.

Using long-held, floor-based postures, you’ll be guided to soften into stillness and allow the body to release deeply held tension.

Each shape is held for 3 to 5 minutes with the support of props, giving you time to explore sensation, cultivate presence, and invite spaciousness into both body and mind.

This practice supports physical release and builds inner resilience by gently encouraging awareness and mindfulness through sustained stillness.

Props needed:

  • 2 Yoga Bricks
  • A Yoga Strap
  • Either a Yoga Bolster and 1 Blanket or 2 Blankets and a Small Cushion

Perfect for when you need a full reset. Suitable for all levels.
