We’ll begin with a guided grounding to settle the mind and body, followed by gentle joint movements and soothing self-massage to release held tension.

The class culminates in a deeply restful Yoga Nidra. This guided experience leads you into a liminal state between waking and sleep, known for its profound ability to calm the mind and reset the nervous system.
