90 min Yoga For Your Back, Neck, Shoulders (and Hips too)

Support your spine and release long-held tension in this therapeutic practice designed to care for your whole back body.

In this class, we’ll focus on relieving pain and maintaining back health through a combination of focused strength work, deep release, and self-massage.

You'll learn to strengthen the deep core muscles that support your spine while unwinding chronic tension in the back, neck, shoulders, and hips.

We’ll also incorporate self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up Balls to enhance circulation and ease muscular holding.

Equipment Needed:

  • 2 Yoga Bricks
  • A Yoga Strap
  • Either a Yoga Bolster or 2 Blankets and a small cushion
  • 1 Pair of Tune up Balls

This is a great class for anyone experiencing back tension or looking to build a more resilient and supported spine.
