Gentle Therapeutic Yoga w/ Yoga Nidra

Join me for a Therapeutic Yoga session, where I guide you through practices to help you recharge, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

In this class, I invite you to ground and express gratitude, then gently lead you through supportive Yoga postures, and mindful movement.

Together, we’ll explore constructive rest, gentle stretches, core stability, and soothing yin poses, with plenty of options for props and modifications.

I close the session with a Yoga nidra meditation, encouraging deep relaxation and self-care.

No experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and willingness to rest.

For this practice, you will need:

2 Yoga Bricks

A chip foam block or small cushion

A Yoga bolster or two firm blankets

A a Yoga strap or Bathrobe tie
