This meditation is designed to begin to cultivate an awareness of your energy field.
Most of us just going through our daily lives aren't aware of the subtle aliveness and energy of our body that's present every moment of our day.
So this practice is designed to cultivate that awareness, to stimulate that energy field so that you can explore it. As you begin to practice tuning in more and more to the subtle energy of your body, it becomes easier and easier, and eventually, you'll be able to do it without doing this practice.
