This meditation invites you into the quiet art of letting go — softening the mind, releasing the body, and allowing the breath to become your anchor. There’s no effort, no control, only awareness and acceptance.
Through this practice, you are guided to meet each inhale as it arrives and exhale as it fades, without trying to shape or hold it. The breath moves through you like a wave, steady and unforced, gently dissolving tension, thoughts, and resistance.
As you surrender to the natural rhythm of your breath, the boundary between doing and being softens. In this space, the breath leads, and you follow — resting in presence, open and at ease.
