Yin Yoga in Bed with Yoga Nidra (for Deep Sleep)

Yup, you read that correctly.

Relax, restore, and reset with this deeply nourishing Yin Yoga in Bed session, followed by a soothing Yoga Nidra. This class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and prepare for deep rest.

We will move through gentle, long-held Yin poses, all supported by the comfort of your bed, allowing your body to fully relax and your nervous system to shift into a state of calm. The session will conclude with a Yoga Nidra practice—a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances sleep quality.

In this Special class, we are gonna get in our Jammies grab our favourite tea, and practice yin yoga in bed (or rather on your bed)

We will finish this class with a Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra, sometimes called as yogic sleep, is a highly beneficial guided relaxation. I will take you through a body scan. This draws your attention inward, putting you into a state of consciousness that sits on the border between waking and sleeping. Getting you ready for a deep sleep.

No experience is needed—just get cozy and enjoy the practice.
