This 75-minute yoga practice is designed to help you find calm, balance, and ease during times of stress or anxiety. You’ll explore a nourishing combination of grounding postures, soothing breathwork, and deeply restorative practices to support your body and mind.

In this class, you will:

  • Learn the #1 pose to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s natural relaxation response)
  • Experience a guided grounding meditation to settle your energy
  • Move through slow, mindful movements to free the joints of stored tension
  • Practice calming breathwork to center and steady your mind
  • Rest deeply with a guided Yoga Nidra practice (the yoga of sleep)

This session creates a space for release and renewal, leaving you feeling more grounded, resilient, and at ease.

Equipment Needed:

Either 1 Yoga Bolster and one firm blanket

Or 2 firm blankets

2 Yoga Bricks

1 Yoga Strap or Bathrobe Tie
