In this Yoga Nidra practice, I guide you to get as comfortable as possible, whether that’s in bed or on the floor with plenty of props.
The focus is on softening into stillness, tuning into your body, and noticing the sensations where you’re supported and where you’re not.
We take a few deep, clearing breaths, set an intention to soften, and move through a gentle body scan from head to toe.
The practice ends with gratitude for taking this time to rest and recharge, reminding you to move slowly and thank yourself for making space for stillness in your day
