
In this class, we focus on nourishing our Nervous system and spine health
We start with grounding and centring.
Then, slow down through therapeutic movements to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and strength (including the core).
Then we move back into stillness & long holds of Yin.
And finally, we finish this class with a Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic sleep, is a highly beneficial guided relaxation technique. I will take you through a body scan. This draws your attention inward, putting you into a state of consciousness that sits on the border between waking and sleeping.
