Nervous System Nourishment & Back Care
This practice is designed to support your nervous system and your back health.
We’ll begin by grounding and centring, giving your body and mind space to settle. From there, we’ll move into a slow, therapeutic flow to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and strength, especially through the core, to support and protect your spine.
Next, we’ll return to stillness with long-held Yin postures, inviting release and spaciousness in the body.
We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice, sometimes called yogic sleep, where I’ll guide you through a calming body scan. This powerful relaxation technique draws your awareness inward, resting in the quiet space between waking and sleeping.

2 Yoga bricks
Yoga bolster (or two blankets)
