
In this class, we focus on nourishing our Nervous system and Back Pain relief.
We start with grounding and centring.
Then we slow-flow through therapeutic movements for joint mobility, flexibility and strength (including the core).
Then we return to stillness & long holds of Yin.
And finally, we finish this class with a Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra, sometimes called as Yogic sleep, is a highly beneficial guided relaxation. I will take you through a body scan, which draws your attention inward, putting you into a state of consciousness that sits on the border between waking and sleeping.

Yoga Mat
Yoga strap (or bathrobe tie)
2 Yoga bricks
Yoga bolster (or two blankets)
a blanket
