Tuesday Therapeutic Yoga (on zoom)
This is an event series

In this class, we focus on nourishing our Nervous system and Back Pain relief.

We start with grounding and centring.

Then we slow-flow through therapeutic movements for joint mobility, flexibility and strength (including the core).

Then we return to stillness & long holds of Yin.

And finally, we finish this class with a Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra, sometimes called yogic sleep, is a highly beneficial guided relaxation. I will take you through a body scan. This draws your attention inward, putting you into a state of consciousness that sits on the border between waking and sleeping.

Online Equipment needed:

Yoga Mat

Yoga strap (or bathrobe tie)

2 Yoga bricks

Yoga bolster (or two blankets)

A blanket
