(with a focus on Metta Practice)
Compassion begins within. In this Yin Yoga and Metta (Loving-Kindness) practice, we’ll create a space to soften the inner landscape — to meet ourselves with gentleness, understanding, and care.
As the body settles into stillness, Yin postures become a doorway into presence, a place where we can feel, breathe, and release the tension we carry. Between poses, we’ll weave in guided Metta meditations, offering phrases of loving-kindness first to ourselves, then gradually extending that circle of care outward to others and the wider world.
Together, we’ll explore how compassion grows not from striving, but from allowing, from the courage to stay open, even when the heart feels tender.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and remember that tenderness is not weakness, it’s the root of true strength.
Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and more connected to the quiet warmth of your own heart and expanded capacity to hold space for others.
