Tuesday Therapeutic Yoga (on zoom)

In this class we focus on Nourishing our Nervous system and Back Pain relief.

We start with a grounding and centring.

Then we slow-flow through therapeutic movements to for joint mobility, flexibility and strength (including the core).

Then we return into stillness & long holds of Yin.

And finally we finish this class with a Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra, sometimes called as yogic sleep, is a highly beneficial guided relaxation.where I will take you through a body scan. This draws your attention inward, putting you into a state of consciousness that sits on the border between waking and sleeping.

Online Equipment needed:

Yoga Mat

Yoga strap (or bathrobe tie)

2 Yoga bricks

Yoga bolster (or two blankets)

a blanket
